The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg Station is investigating several retail thefts that occurred at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits located at 1275 York Rd., Straban Township, Adams County. Between the dates of 12/4/18 and 1/3/19, the same pictured unknown suspect has stolen multiple bottles of vodka on several occasions. The suspect is believed to be driving a dark green or black Jeep CJ model with a tan soft top.

The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg is investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the Adams County National Bank located at 101 Main St., Arendtsville Borough, Adams County, PA. On 2/2/18 at approx. 5:55pm, the pictured masked male entered the bank and displayed a black handgun, while demanding money. The male was carrying a red bag and wearing yellow gloves. The male then fled the scene in an unknown direction. The male was described as approx. 5’5″ or 5’6″ in height.

The Pennsylvania State Police has an active Rape warrant for Santos TORRES-GARCIA, 27 year old male, formerly from New Oxford, PA. He is alleged to have raped a 13 year old female over a long period of time.

The Gettysburg Police Department is investigating a burglary that took place at Laslow’s Pharmacy on 3/20/17 and an attempted burglary on 4/6/17. The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg station is currently investigating an arson that occurred at 199 Kuhn Dr. in East Berlin Borough. On 09/26/16 at approx. 11:39 pm, an unknown actor(s) intentionally set the victim’s house on fire. At the time of the incident, the victim, and her 17 year old daughter were inside of the residence. The occupants made it out of the residence unharmed and the fire was extinguished by local fire departments.

The Cumberland Township Police Department (CTPD) School Resource Officer is investigating a bomb threat that occurred on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at approximately 1255 hours. The threat was located on a piece of paper in the Library of the Gettysburg Area High School located at 1130 Old Harrisburg Road in Gettysburg, PA. The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg is currently investigating a robbery at the East Berlin Pharmacy located at 335 W. King St. On 05/02/16 at approximately 2053 hours, a white male approx.. 5’10 with a skinny build, wearing a black and grey Steelers hoodie, grey sweatpants, white sneakers, and black and gold gloves entered the pharmacy and stole approx. $1,100 in cash and an unknown amount of Oxycodone. The suspect entered the pharmacy and yelled, ”everyone get down.” He then displayed a bag to the pharmacist and then had him fill the bag with the drugs and money. The suspect then fled the scene heading north from the store on foot.

The Eastern Adams Regional Police Department is looking for a suspect connected with a “smash and grab” burglary at Scotts Jewelers in New Oxford during the early morning on 4/16/16. The incident occurred at 3:13am, when an unidentified male wearing all black clothing arrived at the store in a black pickup truck and gained entry into the store after throwing a paver through its window and climbing inside. The man, using what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun, fired three shots at a display case but was unable to gain entry. The man then stole approx. $3,000 worth of misc. jewelry within the store. The man’s face was completely covered in the surveillance video but he appeared to be a white male or a light-skinned black male. He was also wearing black and white gloves and white high-top sneakers.

The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg is investigating a burglary at Consolidated Scrap Resources at 2230 York Rd., Straban Twp. The actor(s) cut their way through an exterior wall of a trailer (office) and removed the safe through the wall. Approx. $8,500 was stolen from the safe after it was removed. Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg is investigating a Hit and Run Crash, which occurred on 1/4/16 at approx. 0700 hours on Sr 30 in the area of 6375 Chambersburg Rd. A pedestrian was assisting with a previous crash at that location when he was struck by another vehicle. After this impact, the pedestrian was lying in the westbound lane of SR 30. Another vehicle then ran over/struck the pedestrian and fled the scene west on SR 30. The fleeing vehicle was described as a dark colored newer SUV. The pedestrian is currently in York Hospital in critical condition. PSP Gettysburg is currently investigating numerous shed/garage burglaries over the past 2-3 months that have been occurring in Germany Township, Littlestown, PA. Sheds and garages are entered by the suspects and power tools, chainsaws and generators have been stolen. During two of the burglaries on 8/16 and 8/17 on Babylon Rd, two suspects were observed in the area at the time of occurrence. Witnesses described these individuals as two white males (no further description), which were operating a white minivan. The Gettysburg Borough Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on 9/15/15 at R&S Service Center.  An unidentified black male and black female entered the R&S Service Center, Gettysburg, asking about the car wash.  The clerk exited the center to assist the couple with their questions. Seconds later an unidentified black male enters the center, proceeding directly behind the counter and begins looking through drawers. The suspect took several items.  The clerk entered the center and confronted the suspect who then left the scene as did the couple.  The vehicle was a sedan with unknown Maryland plates. The suspect(s) pried open the front door to gain entry into the business. However, the alarm system activated causing the suspect(s) to flee the scene before stealing any items. Gettysburg Borough Police Department are seeking information in regard to a robbery that occurred July 5th at 11:39 pm near the Flying Bull bar. Three suspects approached a couple and robbed them at gun point. The Pennsylvania State Police – Gettysburg are actively investigating a home invasion robbery that occurred in the early morning hours at approx. 0315 hrs. on 7/8/15. This incident occurred on Heritage Dr. Mount Joy Township.  The unknown actor made forcible entry into the elderly victim’s home and displayed a firearm during the robbery. The actor stole an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim’s vehicle in order to flee the residence. The victim’s vehicle was subsequently located a short distance from the residence. The Cumberland Township Police Department (CTPD) is investigating a credit card fraud that occurred on 05/26/2015. The pictured suspects used a cloned credit card to make unauthorized purchases of eight $200 gift cards. The purchases were made at the Walmart Supercenter located at 495 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover. The victim is still in possession of the credit card. Walmart loss prevention indicated that the suspects made a significant number of purchases using multiple credit cards. State Police are seeking information regarding a burglary that occurred at 1670 Iron Springs Rd. State Police are seeking information regarding a burglary that occurred at 32 Crestview Ln., Mount Pleasant Township.  On 4/25/15 between the hours of 12am and 5am, an unknown suspect entered the garage and stole a debit card and cash from the victim’s vehicle.  The actor operated a white van, possibly a Ford Econoline.  The white van is a panel van with a sliding door with a window.  Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 334-8111 or Adams County Crime Stoppers who are offering a cash reward.

State Police reported a burglary took place Tuesday or Wednesday, 3/10/15 or 3/11/15 in Hamilton Township. Investigation in the 1000 block of PA Route 194 indicated that more than one person was involved.
